Feels distinctly Italian but not the grape that comes to mind. Medium + body, mature fruit, very smooth. Opened and poured right away then drank over a couple hours. Opened up nicely, could maybe benefit from a decant. Really enjoyable overall.

Decanted for 1:30 hrs. It came out very nice. Dark purple red. Beautiful bouquet. Nice dry dark berry-prune taste.
