Rather upright and firm at the moment, this does however ooze Loire Cab Franc notes. Firm tannins sit on top of transparent fruit - in the minds eye it feels like pure-rock in liquid form at times. The next day this had rounded out a touch and was much more approachable but still infused with something halfway between mineral and fruit.
