Elise Bougy Coteaux Champenois Ne Pas Faire Sans Blanc

This was certainly binary. First nose and sip was gorgeous passion fruit and lift. Then inside two minutes, got heavy and not pleasant. Suspect the long time on lees has torqued this to something I just don't like. Heavy and somewhat caramel. This just didn't work for me in a big way.
