Medium gold in colour,well balance. Mellow and soft fruit . A slight nose with a wiff of yeast. Still a bit of zest on the palate mostly light lemon in flavour I am pretty sure this is drinking at its peak but will still sustain the taste for a year or two.

Still evolving a bit of fizz. Green-tinged yellow. Aromas of slate, lime, a touch of kero. Tasted over 24h, the wine evolved and somehow tasted much drier at 24h than upon opening. Also kero note is more prominent after sitting some time. Nice finish. Very good value, nice weekday Riesling with years ahead of it. Drink or hold to 2025. 12% abv
