Gevrey Grand Cru dinner, tasted blind. A premier Cru pirate and boy it did well. The palate was lighter and gave a hint that it may be of a lighter vintage or a PC. The aromas were great. Crisp and precise, red fruit, some earthy notes. Laser precise and so you t for a 1993. kudos to the Serafin team.
