Lighter ruby with a hint of orange – this looks burgundian. Bright red cherry with a hint of stems on the nose. This wine has wonderful balance. A mix of slightly sweet (and juicy) red fruit with excellent verve. Really quite lovely today. It misses only a bit on the finish. Good, clean burgundian styles cali pinot. (90)

A good but unexciting bottle of Pinot. Definitely shows Russian River/ Sonoma County typicity of cherry, spice, and hints of cola. A bit of heat on the back end. Still a few years of life ahead of it.

Very nice wine with a spicy nose, cherries and raspberry in the middle and floral on the finish. Good structure. At ~$36 a probable buy for me. Tasted at a Pinot Noir Tasting on 7/22/04.
