Absolutely delicious and the perfect match for Mexican food. Straw in colour. Pineapple, honeydew and lychee with lemon/lime and a touch of minerality. Palate is citrus dominated with lemon zest and wet stone.

3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019 : Grass, herb, lemon and pear. Nice brightness to the palate, medium length with a clean finish. Has some interest and style to it.
