Pale golden colour, smells of quince, melon and a little bit of lovage, full body, the third glass shows a slightly oily core (perhaps Spätlese level?), has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth quince and melon, second glass has a medium acidity, the third glass shows a similar level of acidity, in the aftertaste quince, melon and acidity, good length (15 sec), really well made Charta Riesling.
