Domaine Joseph Roty Marsannay Cuvée de "Boivin"

This wine is going to be fabulous, earthy great nose, just tight right now... another 3-5 years or so and it will be beautiful.

Still too young, should have waited longer... There is this characteristic signature of smoked meat that I remember from the previous bottle...

There is clearly fantastic fruit quality sitting tightly in this bottle that will bloom and become more forward in the future. The structure, light and yet firm , contributes to make this wine a real pleasure to drink and should manage to support it for a couple of years. Very enjoyable now but make sure to decant for one hour at least.
