So youthful my wife thought this was a 2015 cab-merlot blend. Nice! Plush, fruit forward (purple fruit) with earth, bramble, spice and tobacco notes. Tannins are so well integrated and this is very well balancef. Paired well with rib eye off the grill. Me - 91/92, Wife - 93

Agree that it could be more complex. It's wonderfully fruity however, soft tannins, medium finish. Enjoyable

Decanted for two hours. Dark, with palate coating ripe fruit followed by moderate tannins. Just a little too much of a fruit bomb.

Purchased on the secondary market. On opening the ripe lush fruit was so apparent that my wife, drinking blind, guessed zinfandel. After some time open the wine gradually integrated to reveal a flavorful, although not too complex, example of the 2007 Napa vintage. The tannins and acidity were present but integrated. More red fruited than black. An enjoyable easy drinking mountain Napa cab. Me - 90, Wife - 91/92

A first impression of dark fruit, balanced with a little acid, some tannins and wood make this a very satisfying wine that evolved in the glass and gave us pleasure throughout the evening - standing up to the dinner and supporting us right through dessert. A good example of a balanced, fruitier wine without any excess. Good for at least 5 more years.

Nose - Mouth - complex cornucopia of red fruits, hint of tobacco, nice juicy finish, this will continue to improve. Quite nice

Big, forward fruit, with 15.3 abv, but good acidity and moderate oak. Not as over the top as some Cali cabs.

Excellent. I was surprised how much fruit jumped out of the bottle, but some acid and young tannins kept it in check. I'll be curious how it ages - I hope for some complexity to fill in some of the blanks.

I like this wine as an everyday wine and it could ultimately be a low 90s rating as it ages. The family who own this vineyard/winery are very special people. I wish them the best with their legacy.

This wine needs more time in the bottle. Tight but promising as it may make it into the low 90 ratings. Nice fruit on the attack, reasonable mid palate feel with a moderate finish. I am hopeful 3 - 5 more years will open this one up.
