Briceland Vineyards Chardonnay

Secondary fermentation, but not too much. Just... different. Green apple.

Pale yellow with aromas of yellow apple, meyer lemon and a dash of white grapefruit and kefir lime. Flavors follow the nose with good concentration and crisp acidity. The lime note becomes more prominent on the medium finish. Aged in stainless, 13.5%abv with no hint of heat. Very refreshing on a warm midwestern summer evening and paired very well with an oven fried chicken. Ready now, but should drink well through end of decade.
