A little brickish and cloudy in the glass. Decent nose of red berries, with a mildly acidic palate of creamy raspberries, a touch of vanilla and soft tannins.

This wine might have been past it's time. It was a few weeks ago I drank it but I remember it being overly ripe without the dark chocolate flavors I remember from a bottle years ago. This was a little disappointing but still a decent Merlot.

Great wine. Wonderful flavor. The extra few years really mellowed this wine. Good complement to smoked salmon.

Nice full nose with notes of fruit and yeast. Wine is definitely ready to drink and was a hit over dinner with friends. Fruit forward with a nice smooth finish.
