Estate dates back to 1695, ever since managed by the same family for 7 generations. A blend of 90% of Clairette blanche, the rest are Roussanne, Bourboulenc and other classical grapes of CdP blanc. Deep golden colour. Intense conplex aroma of diesel and flint, dried apples, dried apricots, fennel, spices, smoke, dried orange peel.
