Chambolle Southside 1er (Zoom / Chicago) : Double blind Amoureuses flight. Wow, such a seductive and towering nose with loads of red fruit, florals, herbs and potpourri spice. Grand Cru concentrated red fruit with velvety richness that has both power and elegance. Long, layered finish. WOTN.

Dinner at Imperial Treasure Teochew, ION TBU

Both showing expressive aromatic with Drouhin more red fruited, floral and sweeter while LLM with darker fruits, earth and touch of spice. On the palate Drouhin is fresh and elegant, very silky tannin, juicy sweet fruits and very long finish. On the other hand LLM is more reserved, structured and intense. Both with excellent minerality.

Souper à la Maison du Colombier. (Beaune) : Puissant et fin à la fois, jeune, frais, belle longueur, j'aurais été en Bonnes-Mares. Finale minérale, longue, presque saline. C'est bien jeune mais d'un très beau potentiel. 91-93 pts

Lucien Le Moine Cellar Visit and Tasting with Mounir Saouma (Beaune Burgundy) : Barrel tasting. Incredible spice to start with fresh roses and sweet red cherry. Cross-section of fruit on palate with wonderful acidity, minerality and very elegant tannins. Kept expanding on palate to long, spicy finish. Excellent for its level.
