Deep ruby in color with a slight purple hue, no opacity, high alcohol based on viscosity. The nose has moderate concentration, bringing aromas of dark fruit, cherry, blackberry with a rosemary/thyme note alongside violet and lavender, leading to a palate with a good fruit core and a baking spice forward finish. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with minimal oak influence (ex post facto). Medium+body, medium - acid, medium+tannin, medium finish.
