Such a good wine. Great balance leaning towards sweet dark berries. It's in a very good place. Years left for sure but so good now.

Really nice. This wine continues to deliver. Excellent balance of fruit and Rutherford magic. Youthful enough to say that it has years left.

Anise and subdued dark fruit on the nose, plum and blackberry on the palate and finish. It still has structured tannins that benefit from decanting. Finish was slightly bitter.

Nice bottle. Definitely get some unique olive notes after it being open 3-4 hours - changed quite a bit over the course of a few hours breathing.

Notes are strikingly similar to Molesworth’s notes in WS. (Plum notes/acai, smoldering charcoal, graphite on finish). I’d add in an ever-so-slight hint of raisin on the nose, a touch more blue fruit on the nose and front palate, and some citrus notes on the mid-palate.

PnP. I really enjoyed this. My first Etude ever. I'm a huge fan of Rutherford wines and this did not disappoint. Well balanced and nice finish.
