Garrison Creek Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley

Drank as part of 01-04 GC vertical. Now we're at a great place with this wine. It has softened and become even more seamless. Powerful and rich with great balance of black fruit, tannins and acidity. Still showing youthful with lots of runway left. Lovely wine.

Wow baby! This is a big and wooly wine. Tons of black cherry and cassis with a strong presence of cedar, vanilla and tobacco and griping tannins. I think this wine will show much better with a few more years of bottle aging. Paired great with the hanger steak.
