drinking this again....translucent with red fruits coming through, cherry, strawberry pit...nice seems to be giving more than my prior note...pnp no decant this time...as i felt it was best day 1 on my last note, a sweet lactic note really does it for me...ahhh love this grape

2019 Ratti Ocheti, Langhe Nebbiolo: Pale red tending to orangeish edge. Perfumed, delicate red berries, sandlewood. Ooh, surprisingly tender on the palate, again with light red fruit and good persistence. Pretty, but one has to pay proper attention! 2017 Produttori del Barbaresco, Barbaresco: light red, thin orange edge. Sweet ripe strawberry and stem bouquet. Palate is ripe strawberry and spice... light concentration, delicious with a firm finish. Really enjoying this ce soir!

Color: Clear, garnet Nose: Muted; hint of berries. Palate: light, compatible with a young Nebbiolo. Some berry flavors, hints of spice (? cinnamon). Tannins initially prominent, quickly integrated. Finish: Moderate, very pleasent. Went really well with homemade ravioli, green salad, bread/provolone.

been meaning to get to this..i havent had a nebbiolo wine in ages...i gave half the bottle an hr in the decanter and slo ox the other half..lots of black tea, has the marzipan hint...faded cherry, concrete dust,strawberry juice....need to get back to this style...damn guys thats dope...so much bark,cherry,sweet brown spice,roasted thyme,buttermilk....so nebbiolo....second pour after 1hr in decanter...

Wonderful langhe nebbiolo. Looks like an Oregon light pinot noir, light ruby color. Notes of roses and red fruit on nose. Palate is smooth, tannins are light and wonderful flavorful finish of red raspberry and tart cherries. Much better after 24 hours open. This wine is ready for immediate consumption if decanted for an hour or so. But the fact that it was even better after a day open suggests that a year or two of bottle aging will improve …

Really good. I’d say this is better than the Vajra Langhe Rosso ($14) but it’s also pricier ($20 or so). Worth it though, to add some variety. It’s a classic Nebbiolo Langhe with tart cherries, a very light and smooth mouthfeel, easy drinking, but surprising complexity on the nose and palate (more than the Vajra) with savory salami notes mixed with sun dried tomatoes. Very nice. Will get more.

Solid bottle. Light ruby color. Low intensity nose of raspberry, cherry and leather. Opens up nicely with tart cranberry, leather and pepper. Good acidity, light bodied and a short finish.

So this is nebbiolo. I'd always read "notes of tar and roses" but never really understood what these people were smelling until this one. Instantly identifiable and delicious. Ripe red cherry balanced very well against the tannins and acidity. Wonderful.

About an hour decant. Light garnet color. with an orange clearing around the rim. On the nose, tar, oak, cherry. On the palate, medium acidity, medium body, medium+ tannin. Definitely accessible now. Soft, shy cherry notes on the palate that gives way to a short and watery finish. Nothing special here. Drink by 2025.

체리, 자두 등의 붉은 과실, 말린 꽃 흙, 버섯, 낙엽과 같은 노즈들은 아주 약하게 느껴진다. 부드러운 산도와 꽤 단단한 타닌, 미디엄 투 풀바디 맛있지만 향기가 조금 닫혀있는듯 약해서 아쉽다. 며칠 묵히니 더 좋긴하다.

Quite translucent and light/medium bodied wine Nose - lots of red raspberries, dark cherries with some spicy cedar and herbal notes Palate - intense red ripe raspberries with dark cherries, earthy forest floor , light tobacco and tannins , so abundant it leaves a thick coating on teeth.
