Jean-Philippe Marchand Pinot Noir Bourgogne

So good. Light. Perfume. Wonderful. Would definitely get again. Can wait a few years too. No rush

Cherry, earthy, fruity

Popped and poured. After about thirty minutes in the glass this gets better. Nice cloying nose of black cherry and herbs. The palate is medium bodied and elegant if simple with tasty flavors of black cherry, black berry, mushrooms and herbs. I thought this had reasonable stuffing for a generic Bourgogne and this it can continue to mature for at least three more years.

Really nice nose, gloves and floral nose, medium body and quite long for a bourgogne on the palate with great fruit and minerality. My first but definitely not my last bottle of this producer...

一开瓶第一口几乎认为是Vosne-Romanée村级，有典型的VR的香气特征，甚至有些逼近CT。一看背标，写着全梗发酵，果然。瓶醒了1小时，透露出满满的小红果、花香和香料混合。但是缺点是酸度透明度不够，收尾短。总体来说是很不错的小Vosne-Romanée

Pleasant, well made wine with more concentration and definition than expected, however it lacks a bit of acidity and length. I doubt it can age too much longer
