Drinking very well. A bit of reduction at first. Oily texture, solid acid, and elegant gold fruit. Seamless and very tasty, though it fell apart overnight.

Not quite sure what to make of this. Initially very impressive, great acidity, very citrusy on the palate, nice mouthfeel, but no finish….very short. And Les Caillerets is my favorite Chassagne vineyard….is it the producer, the vintage???? Will try again tomorrow night.

A little more understated and cool next to the 06 Roulot. There are notes of white peach and minerals. It is nicely proportioned with a fruit sweet heart and decent definition to the finish.

A hint of reduction blanketed all the fine, pure sexiness but once this lifted we were left with white flowers, fennel bulb, mint, smoky minerals and exquisite white peach.
