WSET tasting group tasting met Bas en Paul (Thuis) : PnP. Confirmed my prejudices of Pouilly Fuisse: big, bold and (too much) oak; not my style. On the nose: vanilla, banana, yellow pear, dille and a bit of flint. On the palate ripe citrus, mango and pineapple. Medium acidity
