Château Larrivet-Haut-Brion Château Larrivet-Haut-Brion

It starts off a little cheesy but breathes to show complex aromatics of sweat, seaweed, sweet cedar, black earth and bitter chocolate. In the mouth it is very savoury with a flavour somewhat akin to sucking on a salty plum. There are some mocha, meat and teak notes and the palate is just starting to dry out a tad. Structural elements are completely resolved and length of flavour ok.
