Aromas of ripe red strawberry and black pepper give way to dried herbs, more pepper, tobacco, and plum with a nice long finish. Well balanced with nice soft tannins left. I'd recommend drinking this in the next year or two.

More balanced after sitting a couple of years. Still forward fruit with raspberry flavors. Ready to drink now.

Maybe a bad bottle. Very sour and acidic

Intense Zinfandel character, strong peppery and spicy aromas with dark fruit and very light oak notes. On the palate, strong fruit flavors of raspberry, tart cherry, black pepper and spice. Long finish, good tannins giving structure without being too overbearing. A great experience.

The noise had cherries, tobacco and a touch of pepper. The palate was a bit more complex, with cherries, blackberries, raspberries, pepper, a hint of tobacco and some spice. It had some oak tannins to give the wine some balance. Overall there was a nice acidity which gave it some complexity. I thought the wine was an A-

Really love this style of Zinfandel. Spicy, full-bodied with forward fruit.
