Golden in color. It's a little wild on the nose, with herbal notes, citrus pith, lime, oyster shell, and unfortunately a little mousy. Savignin dominates the nose. It's deceptively structured and steely with balancing acidity and a texture that seems like a little skin contact, but I do not think it is the case. 88/100 A simple negotiant white blend from Jean-François Ganevat, a mix of Pinot Auxerrois, Sylvaner, and Savagnin. Light and easy, with pickle brine, and freshness. Decent, but not much more. Maybe next bottle of the same will be more impressive, you never know with Ganevat. Magnum party at BWFM / 1 June 2018

Trouble hue. Nose weird, reduced, roots, spirits, curcuma and yeast; and oxidised notes like an old southern Mediterranean white. Mouth smacking of vivacity, with licorice bar, lemon juice (indeed strange mix) and white turnip. Rustic after taste; like a white beer. Very masculin and unprecise. Needs decanting and the right audience. For "Notre Dame des Landes zadist" I would say.

No vintage, I wonder when it has been made then? PB-Ch-Savagnin blend. A bit hazy light straw color. Rather strong flavours (likely caused by the Savagnin), orange zest, blood orange, lime, soda, lightly sour.
