Cherry, peppers, strawberry, toasted coconut. All the tannins have faded completely leaving a mellow, unctuous finish.

Heavy earthy linoleum and dark meat in the nose. A very full consistent taste with balanced fruit, a light oaky touch paired with dried fruits in the end. Very nice long finish.

Spring time Tuscans (Coal Fire Pizza) : nose: really shows off the vintage with loads of anise, dark cherry, cranberries, earth, and other dark red fruit tones taste: a whole load of anise on the attack that leans into nice layered flavors of dark cherry, herbs, and plum tones overall: a very full wine with excellent structure and a nice herbal finish. A real top notch wine that is just pure pleasure to drink
