Very light for a cab, not much depth, really disappointing for a 2007 California Cab.

Good for the price. Dark berry and a little dust on the palate, pleasing medium finish.

Plum, violets and mocha on the nose. Plum, cherry and herb on a long full flavored finish. A very tasty fruit driven wine.

Not bad- but seemed made to formula, the coca-cola of wine. pleasing, but predictable.

Interestingly enough, if you put the cork sideways it looks like someone in the fetal position. Just a thought. Bill notes, this Darioush Cabernet is going to taste amazing shortly.

Color is medium + ruby. Nose is clean, medium +, shows fruit and a touch of "manipulation" a plastic like aroma. It is youthful. I can't pick it out as a cab, if that says anything. Palate is dry, with no noticeable alcohol (medium?). Body is medium, flavor is medium (adds a note of green to the wine), and acidity is medium but rides above the fruit. So maybe medium + there. The finish is short. Overall the quality is …

Deep ruby and medium bodied. The nose has earth, blackberry and licorice/vanilla. Soft and round in the mouth, with tastes of blackberry and vanilla. The short-medium finish has blackberry and oak. Nothing bad, but it doesn't really grab you.
