complex, oily, savoury fino sherry, soysauce, elegant yet complex. Oily, sweet, creamy, light, clean, pure, yet layered. Oxidized, rice sweetness and savoury. Long lingering finish, light acidity. Oh so many layers... and works with just about anything thrown at it.
