Decanted for a couple hours. Flavors seem mature but it's still very primal and tannic. Might as well be Napa Cabernet with extracted blueberry, syrupy baked blackberry, vanilla, cassis liqueur, oak and some heat from the 15.1% alcohol. Might improve with time but pretty rough and flat at present.

Deep, smooth, rich, and easy to drink. Well-built, med-full bodied, smooth finish. Dark fruit, mocha and oak flavors. Very nice, but lacks the "wow" factor of this producer's great malbecs.

Very impressive wine. Full bodied, rich aromas of cappuccino and caramel. Lots of berries, rounded, velvety, perfectly integrated, very long finish.

WS NY Wine Experience 5th Floor (Marriott Marquis Times Square) : Opulent, overly sweet dark fruit--a dead ringer for a spoofy Cali Cab. Too syrupy for my palate.
