Gala Dinner with Daniel Boulud *** and Jean-Philippe Delmas (Rheingau Gourmet & Wine Festival Hattenheim, Germany) : Very rich fruit, honey and caramel, fragrant, lacks a bit of fascination and excitement on the palate, big and full but lowish acidity. Rich rather than elegant.
