The palate is very natural winey, which is not really what I'm looking for in a Red Burgundy. Fresh and airy organic red cherries and wild berries that is perfectly ripe and almost sweet. Very elegant but deep. Some smoky herbs and subtle spices. Even better depth of flavours on the palate. Some petillance upfront. Good minerality, fine-boned acidity, perfectly ripe tannins giving good 'roundness' to the body. Can age well for sure. Persistent finish with some …
