Thomas George Estates Pinot Noir Brut Rosé Starr Ridge Vineyard-Amber Block

Softer and spicier version of this wine with flavors as remarked in previous 2 tastings. Fantastic on its own tonight and peaking now in 750ml format.

As tasted in March (why wouldn't it be... cellarmastering error opening another so soon), but without any sweet or round perception tonite, probably attributable to the saltiness of a perfectly grilled seasoned pork tenderloin.

Fantastic rich dark cherry and slightly sweet vanilla without cloying thickness. Wonderfully balanced, peak plateau now with enough structure for another 2-3 yrs. Loving both, don't look for Oregon pinot in this decidedly RRV wine.

Sweet, intense cherry, vanilla.
