Well done with tingly acidity and good freshness to go along with tasty flavors of lemon/lime and chalky minerals. A salty edge adds complexity to the excellent layered finish. Off the list at Oceans, NYC.

Jasper Morris MW - The future of Burgundy (Zoom!) : Lots of oak and reduction on the nose - gunflint moving into cream. Mineral and lemon on the palate - even a touch of lime. Really lip-smacking and refreshing. Lots of energy. Young. Tasty and chewy, with steel on the finish. My first from this producer, surely won't be the last.

To me in a line-up of 2017 Burgundies (with often higher price tags) this stood out for its qpr. Nice poise and fatness, a wine to be readily enjoyed with its hint of sweetness towards the end.
