Zambartas Semillon - Sauvignon Blanc

No fizz. Consistent with a few days prior in the early division between the two grapes then knitting with leafy notes. Dry and tight in a promising way. Pretty stuff.

(Slightly bubbly, maybe just bottled) Light on the nose. Very light, nice crispness on the finish with citrus leaves and a little mineral kick. Mute on the front with some Semillon textures. Disconnected in the middle though. Suspect needs time to relax and fill itself out. Will revisit later. A few hours rounded this out very nicely. The SB comes out in a focused way and the Semillon textures knit with the whole. One wishes for more mineral or taut …
