PNP. cork perfect. color ruby. i am recovering from a cold so my sniffer is a little off. this seems a little on the alcoholic side but there is ample fruit and glycerin with a smooth finish. swishing shows mostly alcohol (I think that this is me). i like this but need to retaste with better senses.

Seems unnatural. How does something so big and ripe come from a high altitude ski village in the Dolomites? Should be cool, draped in velvet. Instead, spiced in scoviles. Cinnamon kick and cherry. Also cocoa and coffee and minerals.

Clear, medium ruby. The nose is clean, with red cherry and hint of vanilla, dark chocolate and baking spices. The palate is dry, with medium acidity, tannins and alcohol (13.5%). The palate exhibits more black cherry and savory notes, with some licorice on the drying finish. It is drinking well now and should continue to do so for a couple of years.
