Japanese Road Trip Day Two (Nagoya) : Polished oak lends toast, sweet spice, warmth, blackberry and cherry with a little cream. Juicy, tending to medium plus intensity acidity, plentiful wood and grape tannins are quite coarse flour textured, long, polished but, fundamentally, a little too engineered for me.
