Original drinking window on CT was 17-26 (I wrote it on the bottle). I now see it is 2020. Imho 26 was a stretch but there are still a few good years left. Medium weight. Tannins beg for a decant or a least some serious air time. With some patience this is a serious wine with nice complexity and long finish.

Rustic, full-bodied Tempranillo. Imop wine has peaked and has a few good years left, but drink sooner rather than later.

Medium body with fairly concentrated fruit. Balanced with well-integrated tannins at this point. Will probably last a few more years, but might as well drink now as it is not likely to improve.

Picked this up for $17 from WTSO. Good value, drinking well right now. Expressive nose and well integrated palate.

I love it. Good value for the the $20 I paid for it. Berries, licorice and pepper. Good body and an intense dark red.

The wine looks crimson colored. It smells like plum, forest floor, walnut and diacetyl (butter). It tastes like grapefruit, stoniness and artichoke. The body is medium/full. The wine has coarse texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Light berry, floral, cedar nose. Lots of berry fruit on the palate, cherry, leather, cedar. Good structure, still very tannic. Better on day 2, but still needs more time.

Well structured, with a pleasing floral berry nose, but very tannic. Works fine now with an aged Manchego or fatty steak; otherwise wait.

Quite a nice wine at a very reasonable price. Big and bold. Tannins dominate, and it could use a couple years if aging, but balanced enough for drinking now with a good steak.

Needed some time in decanter then showed up as a very elegant expression of tempranillo. Floral and yet dense on the palate. Complements a wide range of foods.

A nice easy drinker, with plum and licorice flavors. Some leather and herb on the finish. Flavors are somewhat muted but fit together seamlessly.

I would not call this "a typical Toro" as one user suggested. The typical Toros I've tasted at home and at an all- Toro wines wine tasting in NYC (over 100 wines) were generally fruit forward and not nearly as tannic as this baby. Preferring more of an old world than new style, I like this wine, but even with a 2hr decant to make it "approachable", I'd still suggest more cellar time. The tannins are still overpowering the fruit …

Black in color, nose of black raspberry, dark fruits and espresso with firm tannins, mouth filling, nice acidity and decent finish. I thought this was very good, powerful and brooding.
