Very pale straw. A citrus nose, lemon and lime. Nervy acidity is to the fore on the palate, which is marvellously refreshing. Complexity comes through herbal and saline notes, which persist through the very long dry finish. Had this with mixed tapas and it was a brilliant match - coping with the varied flavours and textures admirably. Better than I remember, but not cheap (about £25.) 12.5%, cork.

The wine moves with a quiet, tensile energy — not showy, but deeply alive — carrying the scent of bruised quince, fennel frond, and the cool waxiness of apple skins left out on a wooden table. On the palate it’s all about that interplay of texture and light: restrained orchard fruit brushed with sea spray, green almond, and a faint herbal bitterness that reads almost like chamomile steeped in stone. The biodynamic touch shows in the wine’s calm center — …

full tank. very neural at first, crisp without much else. increasingly herbal, savory as it warms up despite the young age. gains more depth too. fruit almost an afterthought, similar to the Furmint had earlier in the evening.

Sweet honey on the nose. Palate: Strong dried grass mingled with apricots and other stone fruit. Not a big fan of the bottle shape though.

medium body, lemon grass taste, very clean, easy to drink by itself or paired with lighter fare

White fruits and floral, good acidity, a touch of sweetness and a bit drying in the finish. Good length.

Very pale straw. Pleasant herby nose - unoaked - and on the palate green apple flavours. Not as acidic as notes from previous vintages had led me to expect; in fact it has a seawater thickness to it. A lovely fresh finish, with good length; it gradually opens out nicely in the mouth. This is a relatively quiet wine that it would be easy to overlook. But it's very well made and has character. Cork, 12.5%.
