The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Deep purple in color; black cherries and graphite on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like cassis, plums, and blackberries with a medium finish. Better than I expected. Easy drinking. Nellie likes it and I do too.

Bought as cooking wine. A good example of industrial winemaking. Sweetish. I am guessing 1.2 % or so residual sugar. Big fruity nose. Acidity is great for Koolaid but short for the sugar IMO. Directionally simple and lacking complexity. Short finish other than sweetness. Maybe the RS is higher than I think. Would make good mulled wine.
