Good Wine. It needed to come to room temperature to extract the flavor. Once there, it had tar and chocolate and soem other heavy stuff that I don't detect well. But it is good; have some.

We enjoyed the wine. We have drank it early (only '07) but we wanted to get a sense of the wine and the wine maker. It had bright cherry flavors and a little black pepper zing. We'll let the other one sit for a couple fo years and try it again.
