JaM Red Wine

This is not a dinner cabernet. It's dry but tastes like it's sweet. At first I was a bit put off by it, then I thought, it would be wonderful with chocolate instead of sweet port and yes, indeed it went wonderfully. It's like over-ripe strawberries and with a hint of raisins. It's crazy.
