Straw yellow-Gold. Not clear. Very foamy initially (careful when you open the bottle). Not added sugar, blend of Pinot, Sauvignon not aromatic, Ribolla, Friulano Verduzzo, Malvasia Istriana. Spontaneous fermentation. Nice oxidative style but crisp. Creamy, Lemon, Grapefruit, bit like a lambic beer on the nose. Plenty of character. Not very long, but good fun and good value. Very similar to Robinot Fetembuelles in style.
