Lighter golden color. Nose: mixed apples, white peach, and lemon drop with accents of cinnamon, clove, honeysuckle, white rose, white pepper, and almond paste. Medium/full body on the palate: mixed apples, lemon drop, white peach, and pineapple core framed by cinnamon, clove, white pepper, vanilla, almond paste, and tangerine peel. Medium acidity. Lingering apple skin, white pepper, cinnamon/clove spice, and almond on the moderate finish. Very attractive texture and interplay between rich, juicy fruit and spice. Drink now.
