Excellent White Coat. I agree with others that one could mistake this for a slightly oaky Burgundy. Very nice, great balance and complexity.

Straw yellow. Nice nose of blood orange and lemon peels. Full bodied and viscous, light grapefruit, river stones, good acid, and a long finish. Well made and tasty.

Rich, gold color and starting to get viscous and rich. Great mineral and stone with some intense peach too. Should age well for a couple of years and stand up to its French name-sakes well.

Not very good cold, dead and lifeless, but once it warmed pretty good, caramel, white flowers, waxy notes. Good if a little warmer.

Very clean with good mouthfeel, but the indefinite taste experience was not to my liking. I think it would benefit for a bit more acid in the blend.

Same note as previous: Fine vintage of this yummy Rhone blend--rich mouthfeel, some tropical fruit, bracing citrus, floral notes. This time delicious paired with halibut and a hash of shiitake, shallot, and macadamia nut with orange zest and juice.

Pale lemon green color with slow legs. Lemongrass, honeydew, pineapple and guava on the nose. Pear, almond, melon and orange peel on the palate. Long smooth finish.

White flowers and honeysuckle on the bouquet. Initial impression that the rich Roussanne rules, but it is still light on its feet, with the Vermentino providing a nice mineral kick. This is very balanced and versatile white for food that should go great with so many dishes, yet it's very quaffable on its own. I'm really impressed with the Roussanne/Vermintino combination, which brings out something very special to each varietal's contribution. The Grenach Blanc keeps it all together and holds …

Our signature white blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and Roussanne, all white Rhône grapes. Ripe yellow fruits, candied lemon peel, spiced apple, cantaloupe, honeysuckle, and sun-warmed white stone. A quintessential winter white wine; rich and luscious yet fresh and well-proportioned. Would be exquisite with scallops or spiny lobster, drinking well now at 40°-50°F.

Mellow and seemless with a definite honeysuckle roussanne character augmented by a bright hint of orange blossom in a pleasantly viscous mouth coating package.
