June 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a drier wine than my preference, but it's good to try different varietals and styles - and I love supporting Justin & Katy (ALL our winemakers, really)! First evening, I paired it with salad (shrimp, avocado, pineapple, feta (with a drizzle of Greek olive oil and a generous splash of one of Saratoga (NY) balsamics).
