Divella Gussago Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs Dosaggio Zero

Bought in flocon village in megeve. 100% Chardonnay. Disgorged 2022. Medium golden color. Dusty nose, citrus, hay, not a very pronounced nose. Med+ acidity, med alcohol, med body, med flavor intensity, and med finish. Nice and green acid, citrus, creamy touch, still very young and racy. Made méthode champenoise. Excellent if still young.

Golden and hazy with a very fine bead. Initially hit with very green apple and tart acidity which was overwhelming, but with time in glass, the green apple seemed to ripen and the overall impression softened. Additional fruit notes of lemony citrus and brioche/toast. Reasonably creamy texture. High acidity. Enjoyed at Rhodora with Lisa and Sarah.

Very nice creamy mouth feel with lemon notes.
