This bottle tonight is banging! Consistent w/ my previous notes of honeysuckle, pear galette, yellow apple, and ginger, but add to that notable herbaceousness (nose and palate) and some lingering spice on the backend for a serious wine. I've had a few of these now, but this one is really singing. Fantastic.

Bottle says "dry," but this comes across a bit off-dry. Light yellow color. Sweet and pretty nose of honeysuckle, pear galette, yellow apple, and ginger. Smells like a nice dessert. Medium body and acid, medium- finish. Yellow apple and pear carry through on the palate, with a bit of mineral and residual sugar. Could use more acid and length for me. This wine screams for spicy food; Thai all day.
