A juicy, round and pure grenache with some round and soft tannins. Full-bodied and round with smoke, meaty character and lots of ripe fruit. Opulent is the word. I was going to make beef and Fettuccini Alfredo, so I decanted the wine but I decided not to make the beef. I was concerned about the pairing, but it worked well.

really loved this wine...a lot of soft layers, full bodied, plush, easy to drink. more subtle, complex and nuanced than your usual grenache.
