Medium ruby red colour. Light nose with raspberry, ripe cranberry, almonds and roses. Medium taste of raspberry, ripe cranberry, almonds, red apple, and hibiscus. Medium long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A good and very light and flowery Beaujolais Nouveau. Goes well with lean fish, poultry or pork.
