This has aged extremely well for a bottle at this price. The final glass was very well ballenced, a nice mouth feel and has developed a nice honeyed finish.

Fresh, stoney minerality on the nose. Lovely palate. A tad sweeter than the austerity of the nose suggests. Very good example of an Alsace riesling.
