Wine has a brownish hue to it. Clearly new world tones in the nose — pinot noir? Also cooked fruit, bit of burnt hair. No acidity or tannins. Not unpleasant but wouldn't recommend.

Superb cherry & dark fruit.. with leather & earth base. Seemed dusty on the nose, so the fruit taste was a pleasure

(WSET4 tasting note) Appearance: clear, pale ruby. Nose: clean, medium intense. redcurrant, strawberry, plumb, blueberry, meat. Palate: Dry, medium acidity, low soft tannins, medium body, medium alcohol, medium finish. Eucalyptus, dried herbs. This is a good quality wine; it has sufficient primary fruit and a decent finish. It lacks the complexity to be a very good wine. It's suitable for bottle ageing; sufficient acidity and already some tertiary aromas that could develop further.
